GUI Version of Breather Up

I accidentally uploaded the wrong version of the Breather filter plugin; the GUI version is now up.

I just read the news at k-v-r about an update for breather.
I can't wait!
I love this plug-in! (I had just finished up using it in a project when I signed on and read the news)
